2. The present application has been preferred by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 16780 of 2021 wherein following directions have been issued:

"(a) Petitioner shall approach the authority concerned within a period of four weeks from today by filing a representation for redressal of the grievance(s);

(b) The authority concerned shall consider and dispose it of expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date of its filing along with a copy of this order; (c) Needless to add, while considering such representation, principles of natural justice shall be followed and due opportunity of hearing afforded to the parties; (d) Equally, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such alternative remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law;

(e) We are hopeful that as and when petitioner takes recourse to such remedies, as are otherwise available in law, before the appropriate forum, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law and with reasonable dispatch;

(f) Liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court, if the need so arises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action;

(g) Liberty also reserved to the petitioner to make a mention for listing of the petition on priority basis. As and when any

3/4 such mention is made, Registry shall take steps for listing the petition at the earliest. (h) We have not expressed any opinion on merits. All issues are left open;

(i) The proceedings, during the time of current Pandemic- Covid-19 shall be conducted through digital mode, unless the parties otherwise mutually agree to meet in person i.e. physical mode."

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 6 and 7 wherein following statements have been made in paragraph Nos. 7, 8 and 9:

"7. That the petitioner is running pillar to post for redressal of grievance but the respondent authorities are sitting tight over the matter.

8. That as the petitioner is very old person and respondent authorities are taken harassing attitude against the petitioner which also caused mental and physical agony to him.

9. That the petitioner also approached orally to the Circle Officer, Paraiya as well as Officer-in-Charge, Paraiya requesting to take action in this regard, and they had given orally assurance to the petitioner, but all efforts became fruitless. During such period, a long period has been expired and lastly, the respondent authorities compelled/advised the petitioner to file contempt petition."

4. Considering the statements as referred above, this court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the present matter as the order under contempt has already

5. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
