Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No.119 of 2017, registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 11(1) (A), (B), (D) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act. Allegation is that three calves were being transported by the vehicle driven by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the calves are not stolen one and were purchased by the petitioner, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.01.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Prakash Singh is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14651 of 2018(2) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No.119 of 2017.
