JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that at the time of feeding of the data, name of district has wrongly been entered into as Aurangabad. Consequently, in the order dated 25.04.2018, name of the district has wrongly been typed as Aurangabad.

The error is typographical one. Hence, Registry is directed to correct the name of the district in the top of the heading of the order dated 25.04.2018.

Let the order dated 25.04.2018 along with this order be communicated to the learned Court-below at Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.110 of 2017.
