JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dehri (Town) P. S. Case No.780 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of more than 1600 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole family members of the petitioners have been made accused in this case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground of recovery. Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation and
