2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 59150 of 2024, while rejecting the bail petition it was observed by this court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing six months under custody.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stipulated period of custody has already been completed.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
