The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.397 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding the theft of the Scorpio vehicle of the informant, the present case was lodged against unknown. In course of investigation, the stolen Scorpio vehicle of the informant was found parked in the garage of Mahmud Ansari and nearby the garage, the petitioner was present and he was apprehended. In fact, the petitioner is the mechanic in the garage of Mahmud Ansari, due to that

The petitioner has no concern, in any manner, having hand in the theft of the Scorpio vehicle of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Civil Lines P.S.
