2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim has named the petitioner and two other accused persons who had assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2022.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, on being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.

10. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his weekly attendance at Gogri Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
