The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/409/120B of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82015 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Penal Code.

Allegation against the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners is that they were involved in getting the overloaded and unauthorized trucks pass through the check post. Submission is that several other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.336 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
