2. The present petition has been preferred for issuance of all appropriate writ(s) order(s),

Patna High Court CWJC No.1138 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/3 direction(s) commanding the respondents for following the directions and orders of this Hon'ble Court and for direction to the respondents concerned for payment of compensation to the land measuring an area of 15.43 acres appertaining to (a) Khata No. 57, Khesra No. 282, area 68 decimals (b) Khata No. 67 Khesra No.250 Area 68 decimals, (c) Khata No.34 Khesra No. 247 area 38 decimals.

3. The petitioner who is 26 years old, has preferred this writ petition for grant of compensation of the land which was acquired for construction of Binainiya Dhar in the year 1990.

4. A bare perusal of the plaint would show that his father is alive. There is nothing on record to further show that what happened in the year 1990 when the acquisition took place.

5. This is an ill advised, frivolous, misconceived petition and fit to be dismissed with cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid

Patna High Court CWJC No.1138 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 3/3 to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee on the sole ground of delay and laches of 34 years in approaching the writ Court.

6. The writ petition stands dismissed with cost as observed above.
