The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.192 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused fire-arm injury at the thigh of the informant. The petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid two facts, I am not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83048 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
