2. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2023 in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 618/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/ 323/ 325/307/332//333/353/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the police when they had gone to arrest an accused and thereafter they got the accused freed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the no specific overtact has been attributed against this petitioner. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
