Petitioner is an accused in connection with Hathuwa P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 279, 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. In fact, the deceased died due to accident. It is further submitted that both the parties have compromised the case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
