2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 120(B), 420, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) r/w section 13(1)(d) of the P.C. Act.

3. It is alleged that 19 Gramin Dak Sevaks including petitioner were appointed in various branches of Post Office at Muzaffarpur on the basis of fake educational certificates, issued by Bihar Sanskrit Shikha Bohard for the period from 20082013.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90164 of 2024(5) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 petitioner as got clean antecedent and investigation is, in fact, complete. In similar matter, some of the co-accused namely Ashish Kumar Singh (Cr.Misc. No. 17123/19), Sanjeev Kumar (Cr.Misc. No. 64523/19) and Jaiprakash Kumar (69676/23) have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court.

5. Learned counsel for opposite parties have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, CBI, Muzaffarpur in connection with RC - 15(A) of 2016 / Spl. 9 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
