2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, three motorcycles without registration number and one engine have been recovered from the shop of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
