The petitioner is accused in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 75 bottles each containing 300 ml Nepali Saufi liquor from the sugarcane field of Rambricks Singh, from where, Ajay Singh and Hari Shankar Sah and petitioner were seen in fleeing condition by the local Choukidar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in similar nature of two other cases, i.e., Riga P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 and Riga P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 due to that reason he has been implicated in the present
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81294 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 case mere on suspicion and petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
