Petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for counting of his service since 1988 as work charge employee and calculate GPF and gratuity and also fixation of pension counting from 1988 till he became regular as also fixation of pension in the revised pay-scale with effect from 1996 and also calculation of ACP and MACP.
3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that similar relief has been given to other employees under similar circumstances in CWJC No. 13340 of 2015 vide order dated 22.11.2017, as contained in Annexure-10/1.
4. This writ application is disposed of in terms of order dated 22.11.2017, passed in CWJC No. 13340 of 2015 wherein an observation has been made that the petitioner of that case was entitled for counting of his entire service period of work charge establishment from 1988 and all pensionary benefits calculating revision taking into account ACP and MACP. Such benefit is to be given to the petitioner by respondent no. 4 within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before respondent no. 4.
