1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) To set aside the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by Commissioner Magadh Division Gaya in Aganbadi Revision Appeal Case No. 189/2022 by which appeal filed by the Private Respondent No. 7 against the order dated 07.10.2021 has been allowed and petitioner has been removed from the post of Aganbadi Sevika and further

Patna High Court CWJC No.1601 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 direction has been issued to appoint to private Respondent No. 7 on the post of Aganbadi Sevika at Gamhariya Aganbadi Centre.

(b) For a direction to the respondent authority to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Aganbadi Sevika at Gamharia Aganbad Sevika Centre with all benefit as per the law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
