3. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with POCSO Case No.127 of 2024, arising out of Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 70(1), 324(4) of B.N.S. and 4,6 of POCSO Act.

4. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38710 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and the Doctor and I.O. are left to be examined.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that when the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
