The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 300/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and that he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Danapur, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.
