====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of anticipatory bail, being aggrieved by the order dated 05.10.2024 arising out of Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 855 of 2022, G.R. Case No. 7448 of 2022, for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code passed by learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that anticipatory bail application of the petitioners have been

No. 3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari, Vs. the State of Bihar) as well as order dated 19.08.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 44659 of 2024 (Asha Baitha, Vs. the State of Bihar) by the Hon'ble Patna High Court.

4. Since, the bail application of the petitioners has been disposed in terms of the aforesaid judgments of this Court, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

5. The petitioners shall be at liberty to take recourse to the remedy in terms of the aforesaid judgments of this Court.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application has been disposed of.
