2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1204 of 2025 instituted under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The recovery is of two country made pistol from the co-accused.

4. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

5. In the self-inculpatory statement of the coaccused, it has come that the petitioner had supplied the pistol to the accused persons.

6. In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
