Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2017. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I.Parade. Investigation is already complete. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16697 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No.820 of 2017, G.R.No.3434 of 2017 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
