JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that liquor was recovered from the backside of the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and place of recovery is accessible by anyone and everyone.

Considering the substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
