JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20755 of 2017 with an observation to expedite the trial. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date only charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2016.
Heard learned A.P.P also and perused the report from which it appears that learned trial court assured that he will conclude the trial within a period of six months. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
However, since the petitioner is in custody for about two
