1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though substantially, the judgment of this Court dated 18.09.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. 358 of 2023, has stood complied with, however, in the garb of removal of encroachment, the house of the petitioner has been demolished, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
