2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 308, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim who sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 22.11.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Court No. 4, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023.
