JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 27.1.2018, seeks bail in Bettiah Town PS Case No. 895 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379/34 of the IPC and Section 66A of the I.T.Act. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner relieved off the informant of her gold chain, ear top, some money on the way and it is also alleged that some nude photograph of the informant while taking bath was taken by the petitioner put on the net.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant, the FIR was lodged after delay of ten days without any cogent reason, there is no evidence that this petitioner has put nude photograph of the informant on net and the petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Satendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Ist -cum- Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town PS Case No. 895 of 2017.
