JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 The petitioner has a grievance that benefits of second ACP, as has been granted to his juniors, be also granted to him. He is also seeking a directed to grant him third ACP/MACP which has been allowed to at-least six officers, who were junior to the petitioner in the seniority-list in the cadre of Assistant District Supply Officer.

2. In compliance of an order of this Court dated 06.01.2020, passed in CWJC No. 20227 of 2019, a high level committee, headed by Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, has been constituted to look into the grievances of State Government employees relating to grant of benefits of ACP/ MACP.

3. Let the said committee examine the petitioner's case and if he is found entitled to such benefits, consequential benefits be also made available to him within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

4. This application stands disposed of accordingly.

5. Learned State counsel would be required to communicate this order to the said committee along with a copy of the writ petition.
