2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on 28.02.2025, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners came to house of informant, abused and on protest, they assaulted informant and other family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific accusation of overt act has alleged against these petitioners. On account of land dispute, alleged maarpit took place between the parties, in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Jamui in connection with Bichkorwa P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
