JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 3.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 5583 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail in the court below itslef if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months and in that event, court below will give reason for not concluding the trial within a period of nine months. From perusal of the record it appears that petitioners have not moved before the learned Sessions Judge in terms of the order of this Court dated 3.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 5583 of 2017.
Therefore, this application is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to move before the court below and file
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17564 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 a petition for bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
