The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to release the security money in terms of N.S.C. and other securities deposited by the petitioner against the tender no. 02/13-14, retender no. 02/13-14 and tender no. 03/13-14 before the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gopalganj; and for connected reliefs.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioner's representations dated 26.12.2017, 08.01.2018, 30.01.2018, 22.02.2018, and 07.03.2018 (Annexure-1 series) filed before the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gopalganj, (Respondent No. 4) are directed to be disposed of, in which

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gopalganj, (Respondent No. 4) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 26.12.2017, 08.01.2018, 30.01.2018, 22.02.2018, and 07.03.2018 (Annexure-1 series), if the same are still pending before him, after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
