Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tilothu PS Case No.84 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 146, 147, 152,186, 189, 353, 323, 341, 504, 506, 332, 435, 427 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case against the petitioner and large number of other accused persons is of creating road blockade, causing disturbance to the public convenience and also abusing the police personnel and in a videography, they have been identified.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but no specific allegation has been attributed . He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Dehri -On -Sone, Rohtas in connection with Tilothu P.S.Case No.84 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
