JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 313 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

As per F.I.R., there is allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the sons of the informant, causing injury to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature. However, same has been objected by the learned APP that the opinion on the injury report is kept reserved that is on the head.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83117 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 313 of 2019.
