====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 Heard Ms. Kumari Pallavi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. On 24.08.2023, vide Cr. Misc. No. 53693 of 2023, the bail application of the petitioner was allowed with certain conditions which included that he has to appear before the concerned Police Station every month for the next one year.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned Police Station is Chiraiya O.P. which is within the jurisdiction of Salkhua Police Station but he had threat going to Chiraiya O.P. to mark his attendance, he is making regular attendance at Salkhua Police Station. As such, the order be modified and the petitioner be allowed to mark his attendance at Salkhua Police Station instead of Chiraiya O.P. which is within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10965 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 the same jurisdiction.

4. Learned APP has no objection as the Chiraiya O.P. is within the Salkhua Police Staion.

5. In that view of the matter, modification application stands allowed to the extent that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Salkhua Police Station in place of Chiraiya O.P. Police Station.
