JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to complete the construction work of P.C.C. road concerned falling under the Dumraon Nagar Parishad, starting from Haryana Farm House to house of Mangru Yadav.

It is submitted that though the road in question has not been completed fully but still the concerned contractor has been paid the full amount.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar who shall conduct enquiry and pass

Patna High Court CWJC No.1402 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 appropriate order in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
