2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have sold joint family property of the informant, for which, Partition Suit No. 302 of 2023 is already pending before learned Sub-Judge-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only alleged to be identifier of the sale-deed. He is not the beneficiary of the alleged transaction. Petitioner is neither purchaser nor seller of the property in question. Similarly situated co-accused Manoj Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 15.11.2025

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87306 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 64548 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 34 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
