This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 for offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that is that police raided a place, apprehended many persons and recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 one live cartridge and mobile, from petitioner no. 2 one knife and from petitioner no. 3 two live cartridges and mobile and petitioners have clean antecedent and are in custody since 18.01.2018.

Case No. 16 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra.
