2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, in connivance with the petitioners, co-accused Rama Shankar Rai kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with wrong intention.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of kidnapping is not against the petitioners that is only against co-accused Rama Shankar Rai. The petitioners are

5. Considering these facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, X Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
