====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Prayer is allowed.

However, in the event of surrender of appellant, prayer for regular bail shall be considered by the court below without being prejudiced by this order, especially, considering the fact that son of the informant who was the main culprit, has already been exonerated by the police and the Court below has accepted the report of the police.
