The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.180 of 2019 G.R.No.698 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 120 ltrs. of liquor from the possession of the petitioner and others. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for eight months, charge sheet has been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

District and Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.180 of 2019 G.R.No.698 of 2019.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
