Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 302, 120B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25, 26, 35, 27 of Arms Act.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as she used to object the relationship of the sister of the informant with one Ajit Kumar @ Baua and, as such, she has been falsely implicated by the said co-accused in his confessional statement. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased and she is in custody since 05.06.2017 and she has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, petitioner's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18254 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur, Patna in Danapur Police Station Case No 326 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
