This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S.case No.661 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 412, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the petitioner and at his instance stolen motorcycle has been recoverd from the house of co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is nothing available on the record to show that the recovered motorcycle is stolen one. He is in custody for about six months and the charge sheet has already been framed against him and he is ready to co-operate in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81290 of 2019(3) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 disposal of the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to find out as to whether submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge has been framed is true and if it is true, he will release the petitioner on bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S.case No.661 of 2019 to his own satisfaction on condition that he will appear before the learned trial court as and when required otherwise the prosecution is at liberty to move for concellation of his bail bonds.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
