JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 9.1.2018, seeks bail in Fulkaha PS Case No. 4 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended with a stolen motorcycle.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said bike was parked by the house of the petitioner by one of the friend of his father, whose name is Sanjeev Yadav whose details is mentioned in para 10, in absence of his father he had taken away the motorcycle and got apprehended, however the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar Yadav @ Bikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha PS Case No. 4 of 2018.
