JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-07-2018 Challenging an order passed by the Bench of this Court on 24.01.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 14932 of 2016, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. Apart from the fact that there is inordinate, unexplained delay of 1 year 27 days in filing of this appeal, we are informed that more than 125 Letters Patent Appeals challenging identical orders passed on 24.01.2017 were subject matter of consideration in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and various other cases and by a detailed order passed on 17.04.2018 all identical Letters Patent Appeals have been dismissed. Keeping in view the order passed on 17.04.2018 in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and other cases, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter for the grounds and reasons already considered therein and dismiss this appeal.
