The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of murder. Some other suspected persons are named in the FIR who have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court, copy of the orders at Annexure-3 series. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82083 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Civil Line (Gaya) P.S. Case No.44 of 2013, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
