Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Gopalganj (Town) PS Case No.36 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were apprehended merely on suspicion, they were not apprehended with any stolen motorcycle moreover petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 29.01.2018. It is further submitted that no FIR has been lodged with regard to theft of so called motorcycle. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Aryan Kumar and Vishal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19701 of 2018(4) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) PS Case No.36 of 2018.
