2. The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking prearrest bail in connection with Desari Jandaha P.S. Case No.8 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has got ten criminal antecedents.

3. In paragraph '3' of the application, the petitioner has declared ten criminal antecedents and most of them are of similar nature, still it is not stated as to whether the petitioner has got bail in those cases. The cases pertain to the year 2015, 2016, 2019 onwards but on perusal of paragraph '3' it appears that the petitioner is not submitting himself to the jurisdiction of the court of law otherwise he would have stated about the fact as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3357 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 to whether he is on bail or not.

4. In the kind of allegations and the criminal antecedents, he would not deserve privilege of pre-arrest bail. Prayer is refused.

5. This application is dismissed.
