2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the charge sheet has been submitted under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is the brother in law (Bhaisur) of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4360 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XIV, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1317 of 2022.
