JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kajara P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 16/17/18/20/23 of the U.A.P. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of indiscriminate firing on the police personnel and C.R.P.F. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 17.09.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1114 of 2020(4) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additioanl District Judge-II, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajara P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
