JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application alleging illegal appointment of respondent no.8 is pending before the District Education Officer, Bhojpur. A copy of the same is as annexure 7 series to the writ petition. He submits that if the same is disposed of petitioner's grievance is likely to be redressed. In view of the limited prayer, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. Respondent no.3 is directed to take a final decision in respect of representation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7002 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner contained in annexure 7 series after hearing the concerned parties and dispose of petitioner's grievance by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Since respondent no.8 is present, it is expected that she would cooperate in the hearing for taking a decision in accordance with law within time limit specified in the order. The writ petition is disposed of.
